รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าต้นแบบ Toyota bZ4X คือ รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าแบตเตอรี่ ประเภท SUV ขนาดกลาง และเป็นหนึ่งในยนตรกรรมแห่งอนาคตใหม่ล่าสุด เป็นรุ่นแรกในซีรีส์ bZ จากโตโยต้า ทั้งนี้ Toyota แบรนด์ bZ จะเป็นยนตรกรรมไฟฟ้า แบรนด์ใหม่ที่ถูกสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นภายใต้ซีรีส์ที่มีชื่อว่า bZ โดยรถรุ่นนี้ใช้แบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมไอออนที่ทนทาน ความจุ 71.4 กิโลวัตต์ชั่วโมง และมีเป้าหมายระยะทางวิ่งสูงสุด ที่ประมาณ 500 กิโลเมตร ต่อการชาร์จ 1 ครั้ง ตามมาตรฐานระดับโลก WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure)
