HONDA revealed a new hybrid sport sedan, HONDA CIVIC e:HEV, with more powerful driving performance, less fuel consumption and intelligent safety technology, Honda SENSING.
New Honda Civic e:HEV comes with a simple and sporty design. Its premium exterior design is distinctive and truly reflects its identity of a hybrid vehicle with a H Mark with a blue frame, an e:HEV emblem on the rear, a sport-design front grille and front bumper, plus chrome door handles which blend in with the body color. It also comes with the headlamps equipped with LED daytime running lights with chrome decoration together with fog lights, unique LED taillights, shark fin antenna, and a new color of 17-inch alloy wheels
Its premium sporty design is enhanced to another level with a distinctive front grille decorated with chrome, front bumper with the RS logo, LED daytime running lights with chrome decoration together with fog lights for headlights, LED taillights, black side mirrors, black chrome door handles, black shark fin antenna, black rear spoiler with RS logo at the rear, and new design of 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior cabin reflects a premium and sporty design with suede and synthetic leather with red stitching and sport accelerator and brake pedals.
The new Honda Civic e:HEV has a spacious cabin with a 60:40 foldable rear seat to increase cargo space. It also comes together with modern technologies such as intelligent door control system with Honda Smart Key Card which is elegant and easy to carry allowing you to lock and unlock the car easily by just carrying the card with you, as well as a 10.2-inch TFT driving information display, 9-inch Advanced Touch audio system for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with Siri voice command, wireless charger, remote engine start system, automatic air conditioning with dual zones, 2 USB ports for passengers in the rear seat and Honda CONNECT, a technology that connects the car that operates via smartphone applications, etc.
In addition, it also comes with a full-hybrid driving system which is powered by 2 electric motors and a 2.0 liter direct injection Atkinson-Cycle DOHC 4-cylinder, 16-valve engine with an electrical continuously variable transmission (E-CVT) and a lithium-ion battery. Regarding various driving situations, the system can intelligently switch among three driving modes: EV Drive Mode, Hybrid Drive Mode and Engine Drive Mode. Moreover, all variants come with different drive modes that can be selected according to 3 styles: ECON Mode, Normal Mode, and Sport Mode. The car also comes with Honda SENSING, an intelligent safety technology, which uses a front wide-angle camera to help detect cars and pedestrians effectively.

Interested customers can reserve the car at the event or at Honda showrooms nationwide from 24 March 2022 – 31 May 2022. It will be officially launched and sold in June 2022.
