Aston Martin Bangkok, the one and only official importer and dealer of Aston Martin in Thailand, is ready to display two luxurious sport cars, Vantage and DBX, together with disclosing their Formula-1 racing car information for 2022 competition. 

Chatchai Kaewphongsri, General Manager of Aston Martin Bangkok said, “Aston Martin is an all-round car with brilliant performance seen from the fact that both Vantage and DBX were considered as safety and medical cars in the 2022 Formula-1 competition. Consequently, we decided to bring both models to display at the exhibition for customers to experience them closely.”

Vantage: Real predator racing car 

Vantage comes with a unique and interesting design of a tough lining collaborating with its own unique identity of an aggressive design like a Predator. A short front-back overhang and a spacious wheels arch shows a dexterous ability and a quality of reciprocation. It comes with new front lights with thin rear lights occupying the whole area of the tailgate that is lifted up, reflecting a character of a beast and an extraordinary performance.

The source of power of Vantage comes from a strong engine of 8 cylinder, 4 liter dual turbo, 503hp at 6,000 round/min, torque of 685 newton meter at 2000-5000 rpm. The power is delivered through an automatic gear of 8 strokes of ZF combined with a carbon-fiber drive shaft installed in an alloy torque tube. Its acceleration is 0-100km/hrs within 3.8 seconds creating a top speed at 306 km/hrs.

DBX: World’s exquisite SUV 

Aston Martin DBX is a multipurpose car with spacious luxury within the cabin. It comes with a 4.0-liter Twin Turbo 8-cylinder petrol engine with 550 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque, delivering power through a 9-speed automatic transmission. The model also has the Sport mode, which the speed 0-100 km/h can be achieved in 4.5 seconds and top speed at 291 km/h. ensuring the confidence in driving performance with 4-wheel drive system, electronically controlled rear gear, a double-wishbone suspension, and Adaptive Triple Air Suspension which comes in many adjustable height options, and 5 driving modes such as Terrain+, Terrain, GT, S and S+.

New F1 race car is ready for the 2022 competition

Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Racing team is racing for the second year in a row in Formula One together with celebrating 1st century anniversary after playing in the French Grand Prix for the first time in 1922.

This year, Sebastian Vettel, a four-time Formula One world champion, together with Lance Stroll will be using this new F-1 racing car under the code AMR22 that has undergone several improvements in accordance with the requirements and rules of the organizers. The new green 2022 Aston Martin Racing Green livery, which has always been used with Aston Martin racing cars, will be exhibited at the event together with a new campaign ‘We Climb Together’ with the goal of inspiring the team as well as Aston Martin fans around the world.
